Getting inactive assignment while trying to assign journey

After creating the journey, I was trying to assign the journey to one of the employee when entering the employee number I can able to see more than 1 assignment out of that except one remaining are all inactive assignment. It's a 24D upgrade

Kindly let me know, if anything else I'm may be missing
