Can we automatically set the email notification for onboarding journey to spanish for our Mexico-based new hires, even if they haven't set their preferred language to Spanish yet? Since they won't have access to HCM before their first day, their first point of contact will be email. We want them to receive the onboarding emails in Spanish by default, even before they configure their language preference.
