Nudge reminders are not sent for onboarding Journeys

Summary:

We have created a new nudge plan to send Reminders to the employee's when the onboarding Journey is not completed after 30 or 45 Days.
We have created new nudge type & channel to send emails.
Please refer below to understand about setups.
But emails were not sent to the employees even though journey is not completed after 30 days.

Created a SR but there is no proper help so far. They told that these bugs were fixed on 25A release and asked me to create a new nudge plan and retry with same setups. Tried that option too But still it is not working.
