Is there way to search for an assigned journey by employee number

Is there a way to search via another source, example employee number?

The employee number is a data source in the journey and displays additionally in the contact details is there a way we can search on this rather than employee name. We have multiple learners with the same name but different employee numbers. If not does anyone have a recommendation on an alternative for this situation?
