Journey Security not working for employees as expected.

Summary: We want one journey to be assigned by employee to themselves and another journey to be assigned by HR to employees.

When we are testing from a person having only employee role, he is able to view only first journey on the explore tab from ESS which is as expected.

But when we are testing from any person having employee and HR both roles, the security is not working as we can see both the journeys in ESS which should not be case as we have checked 'assign to others' in the second journey. So, ideally employee should not be able to assign it to self.
