Redwood Journeys - Organization Journeys export date incorrect format

Summary:

We have noticed on the Organization Journeys UI screen that if you Sort By Assigned Date and then use the export download icon, that the assigned date is either:

1) Correctly displaying in DD/MM/YYYY

2) Displaying incorretly in MM/DD/YYYY US format.

3) Incorrect date altogether

The UI screen is showing the assigned date correctly. We raised a SR when we identified this issue in Jan 25 and Oracle's response was:

"Internal team has updated as - There are two formatting rules that come into the picture here. One is your fusion application settings - the date format and timezone setting.
