Task type Application Task selected - the next field comes up with no LOV of Application tasks

Summary: When setting up a journey task, and 'Application Task' type is selected, then the next fields where you select which application page should be linked to the journey tasks comes up blank and no values show (while this is also a required field). This occurs when Redwood pages are enabled. In Classic UI all Application tasks show. This happens in 2 different client environments after enabling Redwood for Journeys. Anyone facing this behaviour? Thnx for any advice
