As of 22A the Process HR Checklist and Tasks process is replacing the Archive and Purge Journey Data process. The Process HR Checklist and Tasks initiates the Archive and Purge Journey Data process and evaluates the eligibility of the journeys for archival and purge based on the duration configured in the Archive After Months and Purge After Months fields during journey template setup.

There are cases when the deletion of the assigned journeys should happen earlier, especially in stage environments when assigned to test users.
