After i complete the contextual journey as a user, the system doesn't show a "Continue" button

Summary:

Hello,

I configured a contextual journey for "Exit interview" triggered by the "Resignation". The Exit Interview shows when the employee click on "Resign From Employment" and once they complete it and click "Done" it shows a screen of the journey and i can't continue to the transaction/resignation.

Nothing in the bottom of the page and when i click the arrow "Back" it takes me back to start the journey.

How do i move forward to submit the transaction after completing a contextual journey?
