Task Reminder Notification wrongly triggered to an Employee

Hello Team,

We have created a Journey (/checklist template) with 6 Tasks with in it.
We have not setup any Reminders at Task Level (Task > Notifications and Reminders > Reminders > Reminder Template.

We have an Employee who has this Journey assigned on 8th April 2025. On the same day this person received the "Task Reminder Email" with full list of Tasks.

We have no clue from where and how this "Task Reminder Notification" Email triggered?
Could you please help us how can we identify from where and how this "Task Reminder Notification" email triggered?
