Is it possible to automatically assign a task to an actor during the onboarding process?

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask you a question.

We want to manage the onboarding process and we need to assign a task to the actors of the journey a few days before the expiring of the 180 days before hiring's date. Is there a way to make the task arrive automatically? Otherwise we have to do it manually.
