Before you enroll Redwood page: My contacts field not showing up on custom role

Summary:

I am enabling “Benefits” for a custom employee role that previously had benefits privileges removed. After adding the supposedly necessary roles and privileges, the “Before you enroll” quick action in the benefits self-service does not display any information (it keeps loading infinitely). After testing in a Demo environment, I know it should show the “My contacts” field.

After setting the native employee role to the user, it still does not show it. I have searched for information about a possible missing privilege or role, however I have been unsuccessful.

Does anyone know what specific privilege/role enables this page to work correctly?
