How to trigger a journey for backdate as the effective date

Summary:

I have created a journey- for Transfer.

I used the triiger criteria as when the action record becomes effective.

Example:

I have transfer which is effective on mar-1-2025.

I have entered it in the system on 7- mar-2025.

I have given the delay duration for the tasks as 30 days, 60days, 90 days.

The journey is triggering by considering the 7th march and tasks follows as 7april, 7 may, 7june.

But want the journey to pick the effective date and triiger,(on 1april, 1may,1 june)

Can anyone suggest a solution
