How to load Completed checklist

I am checking for options for assigning a completed journey to the employees. The requirement is that the employees needs to be assigned with a copy of the already assigned(and completed) journey with a different journey name. The earlier assigned journey should still be available for the employees in the same completed state. If any inputs are there, Please let me know on this.
