Workers cannot access Journey application tasks (PER-1532343)

Summary:

We have recently activated the Redwood Performance Management pages. Users who were assigned journeys before the Redwood screens were enabled are experiencing an error message when they try to open Application Tasks that link to these pages.

For example, this user is attempting to access the Anytime Document page via the application task link.

Newly created journeys are directing the user to the page without issue. It is just the pre-existing journeys which are displaying this behaviour.

I have run the “Synchronizing Assigned Journey Attributes” process and have attempted to find the enableVBApplicationTask constant in VBS (as per Doc ID 3004138.1
