Need to Assign Journey for Future Hire

Summary:

We recently went live with using Journeys and now we have the process of "adding a pending worker" first.

However, our previous process was to "add a hire" with a future start date.

How can I assign a journey to a future dated hire? We need managers to complete tasks before their first day.
