journey task not getting assigned to new hire if an activation criteria is applied

Summary:
When an employee is hired. The journey gets automatically assigned. but only first task gets assigned, rest of them are not visible when activation criteria is applied 2nd task onwards.

Even if the employee meets the criteria, still 2nd task is not visible.

If the activation criteria is removed, then all the tasks are visible to the employee.
