Journey contact shows people whose AORs have been excluded from Contacts
On assignment of the journey, the contact name in the Contact Us section of the employee is showing results of AORs which have been excluded from Contacts.
However, this behavior is not being observed when the journey is getting assigned to employees of a specific LDG (France) but is happening when getting assigned to any other LDG (Spain, South Africa).
Setups used:
- Journey Templates > Get in Touch > Journey Contact - Responsibility Type - Payroll Representative
- Among the set Payroll Representatives, 1 is included in contacts but remaining have been marked as Exclude from Contacts.
Issue: One of the contacts which have been excluded from contacts is showing up and the included one is not showing under the Contact Us section.
