25A Admin cannot view employee benefits in Benefits Summary quick action

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have an issue there the admins cannot see employee benefit details in the "Benefit Summary" page (redwood). However using the Benefit Administrator » Enrolment navigation, we can see the employee has a benefit relationship and enrollment.

Navigation (Redwood):

My Client Group >> Show More >> Benefit summary >> select employee

Outcome: Blank Page

Expected Outcome: Benefit details should be visible.

Navigation (RUI):

Benefits Administrator » Enrollment » Search and select employee
