Pending Worker - Family and Emergency Contact Information Not Flowing to Person Assignment Page

We are currently facing an issue where the Family and Emergency Contact information entered during the onboarding for a Pending Worker is not appearing on the Person Assignment page.

Could someone please advise if there is a configuration or process that ensures this information flows correctly once the Pending Worker.
