Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have a requirement to ask employees whether they want to join the group with the responses 'Yes' or 'No', and if they say Yes, the second task should be activated to key in their email address, and if they say 'No', the second task should not be activated. I am using Configurable forms for both tasks.

OR

With in only one task- there will be two fields, the first field is drop down list with 'Yes' or 'No', if they say 'Yes', the second field which is email address with the text box should be popped up, and if they say 'No', the email address should not be popped up.
