Not able to view any records in interactive dashboard for Auto Open column when we select Sent date

Hi There,

In the interactive dashboard we are not able to see any record counts under auto open when we select Sent date. But when we select Event date we are able to see some counts under auto open.
Can you please help us to know the reason why we are not able to see the counts when we select Sent date?
