HR Admin not able to access task in Journey for Global Temporary assignment

Summary:

We have created a journey having 3 task to handle the global temporary assignment and each task is assigned using AOR. When the temporary assignment ends, HR Operations will assign the journey against an employee. Each task in the journey is having a questionnaire attached. First task will be actioned by HR Operations and next two task will be actioned by Host/Home HR Admins. When a temporary assignment is nearing the end date, Host HR Operations will assign the journey and complete the first task. After the first task is completed, host HR Amin will complete the second task
