Dependent not getting designated if there is a gap in coverage using default enrollment Fast formula
We are experiencing an issue when designating dependents for employees who are rehired within 30 days but whose rehire date falls in the following month, resulting in a gap in coverage. Using the default enrollment fast formula, everything works as expected in scenarios where there is no gap in coverage or when the employee is rehired in the same month as their termination date. The formula works fine when there is a coverage one day prior to the life event occur date —dependents are properly designated, and enrollments are defaulted as intended.
However, when an employee is rehired in the next month, creating a gap in coverage, the formula still returns the correct values (
