Receivables - Customer Real Time OTBI is not showing any report data

Summary:

We have an OTBI report where we are using Receivables - Customer Real Time subject Area. When I run the report, its not showing any data. I have BI admin, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Manager role and data access set has been also assigned.

Does anyone know what am I missing here? I am able to see data only when use customer account columns in the report. If I use site address or contact columns then it is not showing any data.

Please help me on how I can resolve this issue.
