ORA_PER_JRN_DISPLAY_INACTIVE_WKRS_LOV not hides inactive assignments

Hi ,

As per 25B feature if I disable ORA_PER_JRN_DISPLAY_INACTIVE_WKRS_LOV and try to add people then Inactive assignments are appearing under LoV.

As per this feature Inactive assignments should be hidden.
