Loqate Clarifications in CDM

Hi Team,

We need a few clarifications regarding the Loqate process in CDM:

  • We have noticed that Loqate is incorrectly cleansing certain addresses. Is it possible to exclude these records from being processed by Loqate and more over we didn't know the pattern for exculding these addresses from loqate. If we reload data with original address with the 'Verification Status' set to 'Cleansed' through import, will Loqate skip cleansing these records? Would this be the right approach to prevent incorrect cleansing? or is there any other way to prevent certain records from loqate.

  • When Loqate cleanses certain addresses, we would like these records to be routed to the steward queue for manual approval or rejection. Only addresses that are approved or rejected should be saved in the database; otherwise, they should not be persisted.
