I’m facing an issue with a Journey task assigned to HR, where the task requires them to upload a document (e.g., offer letter, ID, etc.).

The problem occurs when HR selects the file, uploads it, and then clicks “Done” to complete the task. Instead of completing successfully, the Done button gets stuck in a loading state, and the task doesn’t finalize right away — it just keeps spinning for 3-5 minutes before getting completed.
