Knowledge Redwood with Classic HRHD

Hi ALL,

We are implementing Knowledge (Redwood) for helpdesk module and currently we are using HRHD classic pages and have a plan to migrate to HRHD Next gen later.

Currently, we want to enable Knowledge first so just wanted to understand whether there will be any impact on knowledge articles (which we are creating now in Knowledge Redwood pages) after the HRHD Next gen migration.

As per our testing, we found out that knowledge articles which are created through redwood pages are visible in Classic HR Service request page, however when employee tries to access the shared knowledge article via SR, the article is getting opened in classic page itself. This seems to be expected behaviour as we are still on the classic HRHD pages.
