Pending action is not clearing after completing the required task

Summary:

We had a new hire Life event open for an employee, we added a Child as dependent for Medical PPO plan. The 2 pending actions are showing

  1. Add a Birth Certificate
  2. Dependent requires Legislative Identifier

We uploaded the Birth Certificate and now we have 1 pending action. So, now we have the Dependent requires Legislative Identifier action pending we added the SSN number and closed the pending action section.

Even it is completed it is still showing under Pending Actions.
