What is your experience with the I9 Hireright integration?

Summary:

We are looking to configure the I9 Hireright integration but I see mixed reviews on this not being a "full integration". Many of these comments mentioned below are from 2022-2023 so I'm looking for current reviews on how this is performing for your organization. We would configure this to be: Auto update I-9 status and task status.

Known Issues:

Complete I-9 Section 1

  • Employee needs to refresh their browser page or close out of the tab after completion of section 1 in order for the task status to update

Complete I-9 Section 2

  • Question: If our HR Reps are completing this from Hireright portal, will it still feed the statuses over to the work relationship? In other words, do we NEED to have Section 2 as a task in order for this process to work correctly?
