Redwood’s plan option labels are confusing while making an election
Summary:
When employees are selecting their benefits, each plan includes an “option name,” which in our case is labeled Enrolled. That’s been a bit confusing—since it shows up before the employee has actually enrolled, it can give the impression that the plan is already selected.
From what I’ve seen, only the green Enrolled check mark actually confirms enrollment, so the label might be misleading. is there a way to hide that option name to avoid the confusion? or what is a better naming convention for the plan with only one option?
