Unable to view completed journeys and user entered details

We have created a Template based journey that includes a few manual, document and application tasks some with comments enabled for users. The journey assignment is manually done by the administrator for now.

Would like to know where the details from completed journeys are viewable to the administrator. Is there any configuration required for the same?

We are unable to view any details from MyClientGroups>Journeys>Assigned Journeys

(The performer is able to view details and submit tasks)
