Benefit Enrollments Dropped After Evaluating Life Event
Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue when evaluating life events in our system. For example, after processing a Salary Change Life Event, the employee's benefit enrollments are being dropped unexpectedly.
This isn’t the expected behavior, benefits should remain active unless there’s a valid reason to update or remove them. The screenshot can be seen below. I’ve checked for similar cases but couldn’t find one. Has anyone experienced this before or found a solution? Thanks!
