Need Option to Trigger Journeys Before Transaction Approval

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where a journey needs to be allocated during the transaction approval process—specifically, the journey should be triggered before the approvers take action on the transaction.

However, we’ve noticed that currently there is no option in Oracle HCM to allocate or trigger journeys prior to the approval workflow. At the moment, journey allocation can only occur after the transaction has been approved, which does not meet our business need.

Is there any workaround or configuration available that allows journey allocation to happen earlier in the process, ideally as soon as the transaction is initiated or submitted?
