My Client Groups → Journeys→ Explore →newly created journey is showing twice

- On 24th July, Created a new Journey in Journey template page in production
- In My Client Groups → Journeys → Explore → the new journey is showing twice.
- clicking on one journey opens blank page, the other opens correctly with all details
- We had a P2T on 26th July. our non prod instances do not have this issue. It shows only the new journey once. (we haven't made any changes in our non prod instances.)
- exported the new journey
- deleted the journey in Journey template page
- Still the issue journey is available in Explore tab, the deleted one is not showing.
