I'm wondering if the community has any idea, how to solve the following problem with a user-friendly solution.

We have created a detailed Journey for our Resignation process, which includes some important to dos before the final approval. I'd like to automate the assignment of the Journey, so that if the QA "Resign from Employment" is initiated (so not even approved), the Journey will be assigned to the Employee directly.

There's a quite complex approval workflow behind the Quick Action, so if I add Resignation as activation criteria it doesn't help.
