Business case:

Within our organisation manager need to confirm that they had a meeting with their direct reports to discuss the performance goals for the next review period (at the beginning of each year).

In order to answer to this scénario we were thinking to use the Guided Journey (with a tasks type questionnaire) on the Goal Plan page. This way immediately after discussion is held and performance goals are assigned, on the same page the manager will find the guided journey and answer is meeting was held or not.

Manager needs to confirm for each direct report that the individual meeting was held.
