We have an onboarding journey which asks pending workers to enter an emergency contact. When using Enter new address we get an error

Hi Experts

We have a customer who is using an onboarding journey with a task Emergency contacts, however when the person accesses the task and selects " Enter new Address" and they select the united Kingdom the get the following error - Error : Autocompleteion failed please select an it4m from suggestions or no suggestions are visible.
