Journey automatic Assignments, Deferred state, and Task modifications

Hi Team,

We have a Journey which assigns to Employees after 7 days of their hire, which is working absolutely fine.
let's say,

  1. We have a Journey by name "GLB Onboarding Journey", designed for automatic assignment after 7 days of new hire.
  2. Lets say, we are hiring an Employee today (with hire date "8/8/2025"), and then the Journey will be effective to the Person from "8/15/2025" onwards.
    Meanwhile, Employee's Journey details will be available in Journey tables with "Deferred state", and will be available to the Person on "8/15/2025".
  3. Tomorrow (8/9/2025), we are going to update one of the Journey Task type from "Manual to External URL", and updating with a link for URL.
