Unable to see Filtered List created by other Users

Summary:

On the My Client > Groups filtered list we are unble to see list created by others. Is there a way to edit others or should we only be able to see the ones we create?

I enabled the PRIV on below but still unable to see ones created by someone else

Enable Filtered Lists

I am able to select it in the journey but we want the learning team to be able to update the filter as needed.
