Benefits coverage dropped after adding open life event

Summary:

We are trying to test open enrollment. We made no changes to any plan configuration. We added 'open' in the scheduled section and added an open life event to one person's record, but some of the benefit plans sections are getting dropped altogether. Even plan type section is also getting dropped. Do you have any idea why this is happening?
