Cost Break Out on Page Needs to be Hidden

Hi all,
We need to hide the cost break out in the Benefits Enrollment Summary Page, such as the Total Cost per Pay Period, Pretax, After Tax, and Annual Cost (Total Cost per Pay Period)for only this program, since the cost is 0. For the other programs, the Total Cost per Pay Period, Pretax, After Tax, and Annual Cost should be visible.
