How to make Benefit Pending Action region read only for a role REDWOOD UI

We have a requirement to make Pending Actions region as read only for a custom role, under Benefit Service Center. This role can only view Benefit Summary, Pending Actions and Life Events (Potential or Evaluated). Is there a duty or role to aceive this?
