Unable to Log In to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Account and Not Receiving Password Reset Email

I am currently unable to log in to my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) account.

Additionally, I have tried to reset my password, but I am not receiving the password reset email.

I am able to receive other Oracle Cloud emails, such as access details, but the password reset email is not coming through. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
