Seeing inconsistent View all enrollment results in Redwood ESS

In Redwood, ESS, under the Enrollment Summary section, when you View all enrollments, we are seeing inconsistency with the information that populates in the per pay section of each benefit. Below are screenshots of the different results.

One example shows an employee with per pay cost and the word 'Automatic' next to medical, dental, and vision while the other employee shows per pay cost, with not the word ‘Automatic’. Both employees are in the same Program, same Plan but different option.

Does anyone know where 'Automatic' is pulling from? Can this be turned off? Why would the results be inconsistent?
