Issue with Post-Survey Task Triggering to Wrong Line manager
Hi Team,
We are working with the Learning module. Currently, once a learner completes a course, the post-survey task is supposed to be sent to the learner’s line manager via the Journey process.
This process has been working correctly. However, two days ago, the post-survey task was triggered to the correct employee, but the task was allocated to a different line manager, who is not the learner’s actual manager.
Has anyone faced a similar issue, or can provide insight into why this might be happening?
