Pending action item-Document mandatory error.

Summary:

In the Responsive User Interface (RUI), when a pending action item was generated, administrators had the ability to approve or deny the action item directly from the admin screen without the need to upload a supporting document. However, in Redwood, the system enforces a mandatory document upload. This is creating a challenge because, in our process, employees submit the Proof of Good Health certificate directly to the vendor. We then receive a consolidated file from the vendor and subsequently approve or deny the pending action item in the system.

Currently, if we attempt to approve the pending action item without attaching a document, we encounter the following error:
