Hello,

I am a paid member of OCI, and I recently had to factory reset my phone, which was set up as my multi-factor authentication (MFA) device. As a result, I am unable to log in to my account.

Could someone please guide me on how to get my MFA authentication factors reset?

Additionally, what are the best practices for setting up MFA to avoid this problem in the future? I want to ensure I have a robust backup method to prevent future lockouts.
