Manage Customers – “Contains” search not returning results (Organization Name)

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Hi Team,

We’re seeing inconsistent behavior in Manage Customers search and need guidance/a quick fix.

Issue summary

When we search by Organization Name – Starts with, results appear as expected.

When we switch to Organization Name – Contains with the same keyword, no results are returned.

Navigation / where it happens

Navigator → Receivables (or Customer Data Management) → Manage Customers → Advanced Search → Organization Name
